Gas Liquid Separator
⚫Introduction
A gas-liquid separator tank, also known as a silencer tank, is a specialized accessory for liquid ring vacuum pumps. During operation, the exhaust outlet of the pump discharges both sealing liquid and gas. By installing a gas-liquid separator tank at the exhaust outlet, the sealing liquid and gas are effectively separated, thereby improving the convenience of the piping system.
Additionally, the gas-liquid separator tank is referred to as a "silencer tank" because it can eliminate the resonance noise that sometimes occurs when water and gas are discharged simultaneously.
