●Introduction
Mechanical booster pump have a wide range from 10¯³ ~ 40 Torr, according to the different conditions to combine with Liquid ring vacuum pump or oil ring vacuum pump to extend the working range to middle high vacuum and can increase the pumping speed. The entire exhausting system with vacuum gauge, vacuum switch, pneumatic vacuum valve and other control components can be automatically controlled. Simple operation. Do not have to consider start-up timing and operating methods for mechanical booster pump.
