Mechanical booster pumps have great pumping speed when in medium or high vacuum condition, but it can’t compress the gas and discharge into the atmosphere directly. While the Liquid ring vacuum pumps can extract the vacuum and discharge into the atmosphere directly, but with low efficiency when operating in medium or high vacuum condition. Accordingly, an appropriate combination of Mechanical booster pumps and Liquid ring vacuum pumps can greatly increase the pumping speed and vacuum volume.
